Hello, I am Ahmad and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in the province of Ontario. My philosophic approach is client-centered- where safety, trust, and confidentiality are the pillars of the therapeutic relationship. I do provide psychotherapy in both English and Arabic (all dialects), and work with adults, teenagers, couples, and families. My areas of expertise include, but are not limited to: anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitional challenges, couples & family, trauma, substance abuse, grief, and attachment. I believe that to best address mental health challenges it is beneficial to draw strengths from various therapeutic approaches in a fashion tailored specifically to each individual client, ensuring the client’s benefits and therapeutic goals are at the heart of the process.
